Pharmacy Weight Loss Thornbury is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (No. 9012511) providing weight loss consultation and prescription services to patients in Thornbury and the surrounding UK. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council standards and UK medicines legislation.

We reserve the right to decline any request for treatment where, in the clinical judgement of our pharmacist or prescriber, it is not appropriate or safe to proceed.
All prescription medicines are issued only following a clinical assessment. A valid prescription will be generated by a registered UK prescriber where treatment is deemed suitable. We do not supply prescription-only medicines without an appropriate prescription.
By submitting a consultation, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in cancellation of your order and, where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities.
Prescriptions issued through our service are for your personal use only and must not be shared or transferred to any other person.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable and are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).
We use secure, encrypted payment processing. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but any change will not affect orders already confirmed and paid.
Once your consultation has been reviewed and your prescription approved by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery timeframes may vary depending on your chosen courier service and circumstances beyond our control.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, tamper-evident packaging. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, where a signature is required.
We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, adverse weather, or other factors outside our reasonable control.
You may cancel your order at any time before your prescription has been approved and your order dispatched. To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.
Once a prescription has been issued and your order dispatched, we are unable to offer a refund due to the legal requirements governing the return of prescription medicines. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If your order is declined following clinical assessment, you will receive a full refund of any payment made.
